I Can't Sing! Press Reviews

I Can't Sing! opened its doors to press and high profile VIP guests last night (26th March 2014) at the London Palladium following a lengthy preview period.

The musical comedy features 19 original songs, a huge set, and some of the West End’s biggest stars, including Nigel Harman (Shrek The Musical), Cynthia Erivo (The Color Purple), Simon Bailey (The Phantom of the Opera) and Simon Lipkin (Rock Of Ages).

Harry Hill and Steve Brown’s brand new musical comedy will feature 19 original songs.

I Can’t Sing goes behind the microphone and under the judges' desk to reveal the (not necessarily accurate) story of heartache and laughter that keeps millions tuning in to the X Factor every week.

After Wednesday's press night, here are some I Can't Sing! reviews:

“THE DADDY OF ALL MUSICALS.
By far the best of the recent West End musical openings”

êêêêê
“Top tunes, brilliant singing. One million percent YES!”

The Daily Telegraph

êêêê
“Glorious gags...inexplicable magic… a jaw-dropping ending”
The Times

êêêê½
“Joyous satire”
Radio Times
