Tosh and Lou have seen people come and go. Friends, mostly. They show up single, then they get boyfriends and they're gone. It doesn't much matter though, They have each other and they are determined not to become cliches. They aren't like the other girls, and they never will be. Tosh is going to make sure of that.
In a space and language they've created, the girls begin to speculate.

Scenes with Girls creatives
Miriam Battye developed Scenes with Girls as part of a Royal Court Writers’ Group. Her previous works include Trip the Light Fantastic (Bristol Old Vic), All Your Gold (Theatre Royal, Plymouth); Electricity (NYT/Arcola); Balance (Royal Exchange, Manchester) and Pancake Day (Bunker/PLAY). She was the 2018 Sister Pictures Writer in Residence. The production will be directed by Royal Court Associate Director Lucy Morrison.
